Welcome — my name is Eva, and I am a Plant-Based Nutrition Coach dedicated to helping individuals and families improve their health through food and lifestyle.
Like many people, I followed an omnivorous diet for most of my life. Growing up in the Mediterranean, my meals consisted mainly of salads, fish, cold-cut meats, and plenty of dairy. Over time, I began to notice that these foods were not truly supporting my health. I experienced frequent headaches and digestive irregularity — symptoms many people live with daily without questioning their cause.
Becoming a mother marked a turning point in my health journey. I started paying closer attention to the connection between nutrition and wellbeing, not only for myself but also for my children. This awareness opened my eyes to how profoundly food affects digestion, immunity, energy levels, and long-term health.

Nutrition Over Quick Fixes
We live in a society that often prioritizes quick fixes and medication over addressing the root cause of health concerns. Medication is too often used as a first response. When we pause to listen to the messages our body sends through symptoms and meet them with knowledge and intention, we can often avoid unnecessary intervention.
I once reached for a painkiller whenever I had a headache — until I learned that headaches are often a sign of dehydration. Something as simple as drinking water with a pinch of sea salt can sometimes support the body’s natural healing process rather than masking symptoms.
Another common example is fever in children. Many parents feel immediate pressure to reduce it, yet fever is our bodies’ response to healing: the body raises its temperature to help eliminate toxins we accumulate over time, like residues of pesticides in the foods we eat, pollution from the air we breathe (especially in large cities), chemicals in household cleaning products, air fresheners, perfumes, laundry detergents, dryer sheets, cosmetics, drywall and paint in our homes, mold hiding in the walls of our bathrooms, even excess sugar — our body knows how to clean this up. We only need to listen.
Wisdom from Ancient Knowledge
More than 2,000 years ago, Hippocrates, known as the father of medicine, emphasized the powerful role of food in health and disease prevention. His timeless words — “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food” — reflect what modern science continues to confirm: nutrition plays a vital role in healing and long-term wellness.
While much has changed since Hippocrates’ time, not all of it has benefited our health. Today, many foods are heavily processed, sprayed with pesticides, and stripped of their natural nutrients. Factory farming and ultra-processed convenience foods dominate grocery store shelves, contributing to the rise of chronic illness, digestive issues, and our body’s imbalances.
This awareness reshaped my relationship with food and ultimately led me to pursue plant-based nutrition coaching. Today, I help others reconnect with real, nourishing food to support brain and gut health, heart and respiratory function, emotional balance, and overall wellbeing — naturally and sustainably.
Plant-Based Nutrition Coaching for Better Gut Health & Lasting Energy
A plant-based diet can support digestion, energy levels, gut health, and overall well-being. Research suggests that whole-food, plant-based eating may help reduce inflammation, support autoimmune health, and improve the balance of bacteria in the gut—an important factor in digestion, mood, stress, and mental clarity.
If you’re ready to feel better in your body and build sustainable eating habits, plant-based nutrition coaching can help you get there—without restriction, calorie counting, or overwhelm.
Why Choose a Plant-Based Diet?
A whole-food, plant-based diet is naturally high in fiber, which supports healthy digestion and regular bowel movements. Many people also experience:
- Increased energy levels
- Improved gut health
- Reduced bloating and digestive discomfort
- Support for natural, sustainable weight loss
Gut health plays a key role in overall wellness. Research shows that imbalances in gut bacteria may affect inflammation, stress, anxiety, brain fog, and long-term health.
When Is the Right Time to Work With a Plant-Based Nutrition Coach?
There is no “perfect” time—only the decision to start. If you’re struggling with digestion, low energy, autoimmune symptoms, or confusion around plant-based eating, working with a Plant-Based Nutrition Coach gives you the education, structure, and support needed to make real change.
