About Eva

My name is Eva. I am a mom of 2 and I have been intrigued all my life about what we eat.

At only 3 years old, I would stand on a stool in my grandma’s kitchen watching her hands form the dough for all types of bread. I have followed her recipes for years until my youngest daughter was born pre-term and with a swallowing disorder. Following my daughter’s diagnosis, is when my nutrition journey started, followed by research and about the importance of what we eat.

I obtained my Nutrition and Dietetics Certification specializing in Plant-Based and Vegetarian Diet in my home country, Spain. Completed and certified in Food Safe & Prevention of Occupational Hazards, Advanced Vegan Nutrition Diploma applied to the consultation and resolution in practical cases of cancer patients.
