I did this bread making workshop and it is excellent! I’ve never tasted gluten free bread as good as this. Eva gives very good step by step instructions and is available to help when you try it at home. You even get some starter to grow from her long nurtured batch 😄 Well worth it!!

Eva’s Gluten Free Sourdough class is informative, and straight forward. She shares a recipe that she has perfected over the years which opens the door for anyone wishing to venture on their own bread making journey.
Eva’s knowledge is abundant, while her presence is welcoming and calming.
The class offers step by step guidance and enough sourdough starter to take home and be able to bake your first bread in 2-3 days.
I’ve tried making sourdough bread before and I found it daunting; too complicated compared to my tried and tested yeast bread recipe. I gave up twice because I simply failed at it.
The class helped me tremendously and the instructions were very well explained.
Eva taught me that the bread feels your energy, and the confidence gained from her class helped me perfect my very own sourdough bread.
