Poop Paste Recipe

Description

This is a natural remedy for constipation. The ingredients are foods!!!

It works!!! And there is no need of a prescription!!!

I have called it poop-paste and I’ve used it for for years for my daughter before we witched to a Plant-Based diet.

 


Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 prunes *
  • 4 dates *
  • 3 dry figs *
  • 2 dry organic apricots
  • 3 tbsp whole flaxseeds*

 

(*better if organic)


Instructions

  1. Soak overnight all the ingredients (remove the pits from the dates).
  2. Next morning blend well until becoming a paste.
  3. Start by taking 1-2 tbsp each morning until you are cleared. You can increase to 3-4 tbsp a day if needed. It’s safe to take up to 8 tbsp a day.
  4. REMEMBER: Keep hydrated. Water is the healthiest way to stay hydrated.
  5. When cleared from constipation you can keep taking 1-2 tbsp for extra help if needed for a short period of time but a good variety of vegetables, greens, grains, fruits, nuts & seeds will help to maintain a healthy gut.

This paste is high in fibre and natural sugars. Loaded with micronutrients and antioxidants.
