Scope of Services
The services provided by Eva, Plant-Based Nutrition Coach, are educational and informational in nature and are intended to support general wellness through nutrition and lifestyle guidance. Services do not constitute medical advice, medical treatment, diagnosis, or therapy, and are not a substitute for care provided by regulated healthcare professionals.
Client Responsibility
By engaging in coaching services, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own health decisions, actions, and results. You agree to use your own judgment and discretion when implementing any nutrition or lifestyle suggestions provided. You understand that individual results may vary and that no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
Medical Care
You agree to consult with a licensed physician, registered dietitian, or other qualified and regulated healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, lifestyle, or health routine, particularly if you have a diagnosed medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are taking prescription medications. Coaching services are not intended for medical emergencies.
Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that participation in nutrition and lifestyle coaching involves personal responsibility and may carry inherent risks. By choosing to participate, you voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or adverse effects that may occur as a result of your choices.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law in British Columbia, Eva, Plant-Based Nutrition Coach, shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of or reliance on the information provided through coaching services, website content, or related materials.
Confidentiality
All personal information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent, except as required by law.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
Payment
Payment for coaching services, programs, or packages is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated in writing. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). By completing a purchase, you authorize payment using the selected method. Access to services may be suspended or terminated if payment is not received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled session, at least 48 hours’ notice is required. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be considered forfeited and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Eva reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative session time or a credit toward future services.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for completed services, missed sessions, or partially used coaching packages.
For prepaid programs or packages, refunds are not available once services have commenced. In exceptional circumstances, at Eva’s discretion, a credit toward future services may be offered. No refunds will be issued for digital products, downloadable materials, or online content once access has been granted.
Final Clause
By booking, purchasing, or participating in services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
